Management by Strengths

Overview

The purpose of this workshop is to help companies increase productivity, and improve both employee and customer satisfaction through an improved understanding of how to work more effectively together. MBS teaches individuals an understanding of differing communication and influencing styles so that satisfaction and effectiveness are enhanced in various teams throughout the organization. With a better understanding of a person's communication style as well as their temperament, employees are equipped to work more effectively with that person. Moreover, with the current emphasis on "Diversity Training" and "Cultural Sensitivity," The MBS program is an excellent starting point. Temperament is "Diversity" at its most fundamental level. An understanding of Temperament helps break down many of the racial, gender, social, and communication barriers that have often stood in the way of people working well together.
