Course Overview
The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with an in-depth look at their leadership and the professional impact they have as a result of their communication process and style. The course addresses both people and business leadership skills that relate to a leader's or manager's 360-degree view with the intent of helping them to develop highly relevant and immediately applicable competencies.
