Performance Management & Accountability
Purpose
Performance issues can stem from one or more of a variety of sources, from motivation to a lack of skill. The purpose of this workshop is to assist you in developing your performance management process, people leadership and motivation training skills so that you can identify and help develop the competencies of employees that need development. Performance and accountability go hand in hand and this course will also help you facilitate ownership amongst your people so that accountability comes not only from "above," but, perhaps most importantly, from within.
