Purpose
The purpose of this workshop is to help companies increase productivity, and improve customer satisfaction and employee
morale through an improved understanding of how to work more effectively together. MBS teaches individuals an understanding
of differing communication and influencing styles so that team building is enhanced throughout the organization.
With a better understanding of a person's communication style—their temperament—we are equipped to work more
effectively with that person. Moreover, with the current emphasis on "Diversity Training" and "Cultural
Sensitivity," The MBS program is an excellent starting point. Temperament is "Diversity" at its most fundamental
level. An understanding of Temperament helps break down many of the racial, gender, social, and communication barriers
that have often stood in the way of people working together.
