Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Development Purpose Leaders must not only manage activity, they must enable others to be efficient and effective, by helping themselves as well as helping others to learn, develop and function at ever higher levels. This workshop provides a key for leaders to re-focus and energize careers, improve individual and organizational performance, and strengthen workforce loyalty. Leaders will also discover how to identify and integrate awareness with action to better manage change and the natural tension that goes with leadership.
